Cedar -- It's The Best!

So that's all we use when we're making our birdhouses, feeders, and accessories.  Cedar is naturally resistant to insects, moisture, mildew, fungus, rot, and more.  (It even keeps the moths away in cedar chests and closets.)

We put a lot of thought, care, and effort into Little Layla's products. And with Cedar, they're built to last and look beautiful for years.

Our "Factory" is actually a small workshop in Crystal Lake, IL.  We use a few machines, like the table saw, drill press, and coffeemaker, but there are no other shortcuts, no CNC's, no robots, no outsourcing, and no *forced* or *child* labor!  Hooray!

Assembled , sanded, and finished by hand, one at a time, all of our products are made with love and coated with durable linseed-oil protection.  The houses and feeders open quickly and easily for maintenance.   And most are ready to hang from a tree the minute you open the box.
